By accessing our website or booking services with Estrellas Cleaning Services LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Services
Estrellas Cleaning Services LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Midland, Odessa, and San Antonio, Texas. The specific scope of each service is confirmed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.
Booking and Scheduling
Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of your booking request. We recommend booking at least one week in advance. Saturday appointments require a minimum of one week's notice. We will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests based on availability.
Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect your ability to schedule future appointments.
Access to Property
You are responsible for ensuring our team has safe and unobstructed access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team is unable to access the property, the appointment may be considered cancelled and cancellation terms may apply.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will return to address any areas of concern at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to the originally scheduled service scope and does not cover pre-existing conditions, damage, or items not included in the service agreement.
Liability
Estrellas Cleaning Services LLC carries full liability insurance. In the event of accidental damage caused by our team during a service visit, please notify us immediately. We will work with you to address the situation through our insurance. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from improperly secured or inherently fragile items.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept credit and debit cards, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, check, cash, and direct deposit. Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may incur late fees.
Personal Property
Please secure or remove valuables, fragile items, and irreplaceable objects before your scheduled appointment. While our team exercises care at all times, we recommend removing these items as a precaution.
Right to Modify
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Midland County, Texas.
